Single cub encountered while driving down road. Scrambled down tree and ran off when we pulled up.


Dogs chased it for about 750 yards south from where we encountered it. This distance is based on GPS data from my dog collars and receiving Unit. It is quite accurate. Yearling or small adult.

Seen along the power line inside private Blooming Grove property, nonaccessible to the public. Not wary of humans or vehicles, within 25m of the SUV. Scratching against the shrubbery.
